Refund policy

A customer may return any item(s) purchased from bewiser.com for a refund within 30 days of the purchase. The customer is responsible for return shipping. Please note that shipping fees paid for the original order will not be refunded. Items purchased from authorized Bewiser resellers can be returned to the reseller according to their individual return policy.

How Do I Return a Bewiser Product?

Please email info@bewiserdesign.com and state the following:

- Order Number

- Reasons for Return

  • Didn't suit me
  • Wrong / Defect Product (Please include pictures)
  • Not what i was expecting
  • Other Reasons

Do I Have to Pay to Ship The Item Back?

Shipping charges will be refunded only if merchandise is found to be defective or damaged. Shipping charges will not be refunded for merchandise found to be unsatisfactory.

I Have Received The Wrong Product. What Do I Do?

 

We are very sorry to hear that you have received a wrong order. Please get in touch with us at info@bewiserdesign.com and we will provide you with further instructions.

How Do I Exchange An Item/Order?

You can exchange a purchased product within 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund nor exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To exchange an item or order, contact us with support@bewiserdesign.com and we will provide you with our current return address.

Upon receipt of your exchange/return request, our customer service representative will email you the exchange/return instructions and the exchange/return address.Please follow the instructions to process the exchange/return.We would appreciate it if you could provide us with some photos as return materials.

You will receive a refund within one week or have an exchange order processed after we receive your package. We'll email you once your refund or exchange is processed. It will take a longer time (maybe 1 to 2 weeks depending on which CC company is to process the refund for the bank if your original payment method is the credit card.

Have You Received My Return?

Processing your return usually takes a few days.

However, we will send you an email update as soon as we have received and checked your returned product(s).
