Bewiser is pleased to offer shipping anywhere in the world. Our processing time starts from the moment your order is successfully submitted and may take up to 4 business days to dispatch your order. However, please be aware that processing and handling time may be extended during peak sale periods. Before we can ship your order, we may need to hold your order for payment verification and confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our very best to minimize delays.

My Order Has Been Already Shipped, But I Need Change My Address.--How Can I Do This?

We are sorry that alternations cannot be made to a shipped order. If it is still not shipped, please contact us under support@bewiserdesign.com to change your address and other shipping options.

Why Have I Only Received Part of My Order?

Some of the items could be sent separately and the second (sometimes more) tracking number(s) cannot be displayed on the order page. In this case, please wait for 2-3 days and if the package still hasn't arrived after that, please contact us under info@bewiserdesign.com.

The Tracking States that My Package Has Been Delivered, But I have Not Received Anything Yet. What Can I Do ?

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. In this case we recommend you to contact your carrier first and find out what the status of your package is. It could be left with a neighbor or somewhere else.

Will I Be Charged With Customs And Taxes?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which is determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of the charges, please contact your local customs office.


Delivery

Shipping windows are estimates and delivery times are not guaranteed as orders may experience unexpected delays (e.g., traffic, weather, additional payment analysis, etc.). Please allow extra time for deliveries to remote markets. When ordering, a phone number is required for the destination shipping address so our carriers can contact the recipient if required. Delivery is only available Monday through Friday, not including federal and provincial statutory holidays.

A signature will be required for orders over $350 unless you have elected to permit the carrier to deliver packages without obtaining a signature. As a precautionary method due to COVID-19, an acknowledgement from the person who receives the package may be collected in lieu of a signature at the time of delivery. In such cases, the acknowledgement by the person who received the package at the delivery address will be taken as proof of delivery. If a shipment notice is left at your door, you must collect items from the designated carrier pick up location within the pick-up window to avoid your order being returned to Bewiser. We are unable to change the shipping address once your order has been submitted. Bewiser will not be liable for loss of any package(s) for which a delivery signature or acknowledgement was not obtained in accordance with customer’s instructions to the carrier.

 

Tracking Your Order

We will send updates regarding the status of your order to the email address you provided when placing your order, including when your item(s) ship. You can also view your order status by logging into your account if you checked out as a Registered User.

 

Availability

Shipping is subject to product availability. In exceptional cases, where inventory for select items is no longer available, that item may be removed from your order and all other items will be shipped. Refer to your shipment confirmation email to review all items shipped and the amount charged to your card. Depending on the size of your items and fulfillment location, you may receive your order in multiple packages. Check your tracking information in your shipping confirmation email to determine if you should expect multiple shipments.
